MMH Goes 5 for 5 on Election Night in California

November 8, 2006

McCarthy Marcus Hennings’ client Let’s Rebuild California, a bipartisan coalition of labor and business leaders, won an electoral sweep last night. All five ballot measures supported by the group – propositions 1A through 1E – were overwhelmingly approved by voters, including 77% support for proposition 1A.

The ballot measures, called the “1 Plan to Rebuild California,” included greater funding for transportation infrastructure, housing, schools and levee protection. The plan had a broad range of bipartisan supporters, including Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Democratic U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.

McCarthy Marcus Hennings produced a series of TV and radio ads for the campaign that ran throughout the state in 13 different media markets.
