Issue Ads in Kentucky

Congressman Ernie Fletcher won an historic election in Kentucky. The RGA hired MMH to create an issues campaign – ads that the Washington Post called “…some of the toughest of the campaign.” The final spot in the series, “1971,” received much national press for its groundbreaking use of “hot pants.”

Issue Ads in the California Recall Election


MMH couldn’t get Antonio Banderas to play Cruz Bustamante, but we could get Cruz Bustamante to double for Gray Davis. The TV spot “On Issues” was called the “toughest” in the entire recall campaign by the New York Times.


THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
Office of Science


The Department of Energy’s Office of Science had one week to prepare and produce a short video on their many accomplishments for a presentation to the U.S. Senate. MMH came through and the presentation to the Senate was a success.


AMERICAN HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION
Ongoing Campaign


MMH continues to create ads for the American Hospital Association. The campaign addresses important issues from job security for hospital workers, to funding for vital rehab programs, to challenges posed by boutique hospitals.


CITIZENS FOR A SOUND ECONOMY AND THE US INTERNET INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION
“When E-mail Gets Taxed … You Got Nailed.”


CSE and the USIIA needed a radio spot written, produced and on the air in less than 24 hours. MMH produced “Free Mail” to run in the DC market – urging Senators to keep E-mail “tax-free mail.”

Pennsylvania’s College Savings Program


Who better to sell Pennsylvania’s college savings plan than “JoePa” himself? MMH produced a statewide print and radio campaign featuring Penn State coach Joe Paterno.


50 OF THE BEST POLITICAL NEWSPAPER ADS

MMH recently had three print ads named as some of the best in politics. The Newspaper Association of America’s “50 of the Best Political Newspaper Ads” honored “Memo”, for Americans Discuss Social Security, “Parachute,” for Lightning Source, and “Big Bills” for Verizon.
