“CPI National” was produced on the issue of Cable TV competition. Cable rates are up 86% in 10 years. But where competition is allowed, rates are down as much as 42%. In New Jersey, Cable Choice has become a hot issue. MMH produced the ad “CPI” to show how cable TV competition will help consumers.
